产品描述
The crane plate needs to have great bearing capacity and strength, and it also has a good effect of absorbing impact energy.Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene plate has excellent wear resistance, low friction coefficient and self lubrication, excellent resistance to stress cracking resistance, high temperature creep and low temperature resistance(even at-269 DEG C can also be used),excellent tensile strength, high impact strength, and the temperature does not drop, noise good damping. At the same time,it has excellent chemical stability and fatigue resistance,no surface adsorption, good electrical insulation performance,non-toxic,and other excellent overall performance.
(1)wear resistance. The wear resistance of UHMWPE plate in the plastic crown, and more than some metal, compared with other engineering plastics,UHMWPE mortar wear index is only PA66 1/5,HDPE and PVC 1/10:compared with the metal, carbon steel is 1/7,the wear resistance of 1/27.brass so high, that the general plastic wear experiment is difficult to test the degree of wear, and specially designed a mortar wear testing device. The wear resistance of UHMWPE is in direct proportion to the molecular weight. The higher the molecular weight, the better the wear resistance of the crane backing plate.
(2)shock resistance. The impact strength of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene backing plate is among the best in all engineering plastics. The impact strength of UHMWPE is about 2 times that of impact PC,5 times of ABS,and more than ten times of POM and PBTP.The impact resistance is so high that it is difficult to break down by the usual impact test method. The impact strength increases with the increase of molecular weight, reaches the maximum at the molecular weight of 1 million 500 thousand, and then decreases with the increasing of molecular weight. It is worth pointing out that it can maintain excellent impact strength in liquid nitrogen(-196 DEG C),which is inferior to other plastics. In addition,it has higher surface strength after repeated impact.
